      Pros

      Great co-workers make coming to work a positive experience. Job opportunities for highly motivated individuals. Store manager pay and bonus structure is reasonable.

      Cons

      Hours are constantly being cut and everyone is expected to do more with less to increase productivity. Corporate seems obsessed with using buzz words and coming up with new programs to the detriment of job satisfaction in the stores. Focus on part-time employees "for flexibility in scheduling."

      Pros

      Flexible, not too many things to do, focus on your job, great customers, fun, free products. Working with customers. The area lead was amazing. It went down hill after she left.

      The got rid of the position in many stores

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
