Pros

You meet good people and there’s paid training. Ability to work from home because of covid.

Cons

Too corporate all they care about is metrics and numbers. Whatever will make more money. The merge of companies has been very rough. They release software that isn’t ready yet and makes it harder to do your job. The pay isn’t very good for the price of living in Portland. If you are working in Oregon be expected to get and maintain a certification as a pharmacy technician. You will be paid the same as the other facilities that don’t require that certification for the SAME position. So they essentially require more for the same job title at other facilities, but won’t pay you more for the added education. They like to advertise that they will help you get said certification but in reality they stick you in a room for 1.5 hrs a week (for a couple months) with a “trainer” who is really just there to answer questions and not teach you how to pass the test. You are expected to self study on your own and will only pay the certification exam fees IF you pass the test and get certified.

Pros

pay was decent I guess

Cons

no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
