      If you want to relocate, you will always have a job.

      Cons

      Being over worked and under paid...watching your Store manager make 4x what you make as an assistant for sitting at a desk all day and telling you what to do. Customers yell at you for everything. Coupons.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
