      Walgreens has fantastic benefits, including on-site fitness center and wellness center. It is conveniently location, whether you travel via auto or public transportation.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a lack of trickle down of communication. Senior managers may not always advise team members of important information.

      Pros

      Flexible, not too many things to do, focus on your job, great customers, fun, free products. Working with customers. The area lead was amazing. It went down hill after she left.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
