Pros

Great people on the broader team, committed to their jobs, smart and hard working

Cons

The biggest con is the constant influx of executives from Walmart headquarters in Arkansas. Walmart leadership seems to think that retail experience translates directly to eCommerce experience. The leaders brought out from Bentonville are often in way over their heads, not to mention very political. They are ruining the culture that the Walmart.com team has built over the years.

Pros

Fairly easy work (besides heavy loads and multiples of something), less customer facing than other roles

Cons

The usual when working at a grocery store

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
