      Work Life Balance Fair Pay for hours worked Never a demand to work late Very smart people Interesting work in a massively changing space Lots of empowerment through flat org and room to grow Lots of shuttle to work

      Overall benefits are slim Food is only "subsidized," but that really means it's full price Insurance is nothing to brag about No commute reimbursement Lots of work that will keep you in the weeds Bit of an identity crisis & what to do with Jet

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
