Pros
I loved working for Walmart and would go back in a heart beat. I loved the customers and that they gave me so many opportunities to move up and taught me as much as possible
Cons
Their scheduling system is horrible! The number one reason why they will have one register open with a line back to the back of the store is because of their “CustomerFirst” scheduling. It’s a computer based system that goes off of the last years data from that date and time. Sk if they had one customer the year before on that date then the computer thinks it will do the same the next year.
