- Walmart used to value their management but all they do is take advantage of you and layer on more while cutting back Associates in the store. - Never a positive tour if a Market Manager or higher visits your store. All they do is beat up your store and let you know what a poor job you are doing. When the visit occurs, just know that you will be working extra hours with no recognition. - Horrible work/life balance, if you have a family you well never see them.
