* Managers vary so much; just hope you get one that is consistent and understands people * The culture is good however people come from all over to work at Walmart and those from other countries or the northern US frequently have difficulty in "getting it" and then there are some associates that refuse to buy in and then conflict occurs bringing down the morale of the team. * Long hours for management at all levels. * Inconsistencies in career paths; some areas have them and some don't.
