Pros

I work weekends so I work 3 days a week and get 4 days off. They pay you 16.35 as a truck loader in the distribution center. And the insurance is great

Cons

You spend your 4 days off dreading coming into work. Its 12 hour shifts, 3 days straight. I wake up at 4am to be there at 530. But i live close so im sure my Co workers that live further away have to get up earlier. They check your productivity weekly (cases per trailer) and if you don't meet it you get marks

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
