Pros
Flexible schedule and times and with very easy jobs and paid vacation, sick leave, and protected time off.
Cons
Not much to say for the cons other than expect for it to get really busy on the holidays and sometimes calling in on a holiday or event for the store can double your points and you can be stuck with bad leadership depending on the store. First Walmart store was extremely good but recent one I transferred did have a bit better pay but the leadership was poor.
