      Pros

      I liked helping people completing their photo order, and suggesting new products. I also was multi-department trained so I could help customers with just about anything walmart had to offer.

      Cons

      Working twice as hard when someone in the department was slacking off, and having to put up with bad management of the department

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
