Pros
Great work life balance as well as the ability to have flexibility with scheduling. Pay is decent depending on where you are placed in the store.' Overall easy work. Promotions come easy
Cons
Referring to pay being decent, only a few positions in the store pay 16.50 while the rest is lower unless part of management. Depending on your given department you may be asked to do tasks that you didn't apply for.
