      Pros

      PPTO,PTO , a hour's lunch, along with two 15-minute breaks.

      Cons

      Not even work-life balance. They will reject your PTO when you put in your PTO; however, they will allow the coaches and team leaders to take their time off, or you have to continue putting it in until someone finally approves your pto. Overworked and underpaid, you will have to do others' jobs and barely do your own.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
