Pros
Nothing, there is nothing here for you or anyone! Giving it a star because I couldn't give it less.
Cons
- Pay is constantly wrong ... you have to chase your money. - You are treated like a slave. - No pay increases. - Constantly belittled, degraded and written up. - Can be fired for no reason. - If pay is incorrect (which is common) you have to wait until next pay period to get it correct AND it still may not be correct. - Some of the Team Leads act like they belong in either a zoo or asylum - Your hours are changed at the drop of a hat. - Forget about vacation ... they take away your PTO days as punishment for not making your numbers. - You receive a write-up any time you're absent, even if you have a doctor's excuse. - They promise bonuses but don't deliver on them. - The new training class only received a few hours of pay even though they were owed 80 hours - MANDATORY OVERTIME ... you'll rarely see that money on your paycheck. - The building we're in is under renovation and the dust is everywhere ... OSHA has been called on multiple health related issues as a result. - They so many people in their workforce each month, that they will hire anyone off the street if you have any customer service experience. - This does not give merit increases or ANY pay increases year over year. There are NO performance payouts and if they tell you there are, you won't see it. - Managers stalk you on break/lunch - Team Leads will stare you down while you work. - They will send you home after half a day if you don't have your numbers. This messes with your pay and it's horrible. There is so much more, but I'm tired.
