Pros

Good salary upon entry, especially in the Western markets. Great work-life balance. A good number of decent people in various locations. For early career, probably a good start to learn some ropes.

Cons

- Back Office support is completely tied to Indian staffing model and is mostly based on the concept that all staff accessing the systems are based in India. - The entire sales and delivery mindset is focused on margins, margins, margins, e.g. "how many bodies at what rate?" - Career is flat - you can get promotions slowly, but unless you're based/have strong connections in India and are Indian, you are in a dead-end. Even a VP was unable to travel for a conference because he couldn't get funds allocated. - No "business development" opportunities if on the bench - literally no charge codes if not working on a client billable project. If not in sales, and you were key to closing a$20M deal, you would still be at a high risk of dismissal. - Will not go on and on, but very easily could...

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
