Very less salary Parameters are so tough that you won't be able to achieve the targets and all Survey-If you get one detractor you need to get 22 promoters to go green which is not feasible at all. If you get one detractor then team leaders will shout like anything at the floor which would really be embarrassing for you. Please avoid customer service jobs at wipro. Survey criteria is the biggest challenge in this process. It's a complete voice customer support process and hr will tell you it's a non voice chat process please do get into their misleading words. Wipro hires people telling that it's a complete non-voice but after you get into you will see that it's a voice process and you might not be capable of such job and at times you will feel frustrated and your life would be much more miserable. I have seen people quiting for there x organization and get into wipro thinking that they will get job satisfaction but please don't get swayed away with the words of HR. As their attrition rate is so high that they somehow will tell this and that and will try to push into customer service process and make your life miserable at the end of the day. Danger process at Wipro- BT, Geek Squad, UHG CS, HP. Please avoid getting into the above process. People go mad after working there for a month or 2 as the call volume is so high and parameters are so difficult to meet. Good process at Wipro- UHG Claims, ANTHEM, AT&T, NOKIA, CHC. So if you get a chance to work into any of the above process well and fine but if you get chance to work in the danger processes which I have mentioned above then stick to your current organization rather than switching and making your life much more miserable.

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
