Pros

Wipro brand own by Azim premji ...(aka APR ).. one of the best personality in India who is IT Mugal ..Philanthropist. Social Work. Sprit of Wipro... 2. Onsite Opportunity, Lower bench period. Salary on time .Good process for

Cons

Too much managerial Hierarchy, People In and People Out . You need to know minimum 5 yrs to know the entire wipro functioning . Very Low annual increment till 2010 – 11 computation growth was 7%-12%( Low – High) , Now the growth rates are 3%- 4%. Manager control everything. No connect above 2 layer of managerial hierarchy. You are Lucky if you get good manager and his manager to connect .. With good technical knowledge and Managerial skills. Some manager act funny. Every Employee has at list 4 manager, Account manager, project manager , Delivery manager and Ted manager . Forget promotion. If you are hardworking, they don't give promotion. If you have political mind and if you can influence and prove your manager with some other skills then you have a chances. Poor Training , if you are looking for learning new skills , Forget about new skill . Some time you will forget even your basic skill , if you are team lead and above . Most of the core jobs were done by rookies and college fresher’s . Poor quality of deliverables and coding quality . You have to go through lots of online courses, which has no relevance on your daily project task .

Pros

Good place for freshers and early‑career professionals to learn technologies, processes, and client interaction, with “huge opportunities for learning new things.”

Cons

Onboarding for freshers can be slow and confusing, with delays before real project allocation

Pros

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
