Pros

Easy to get in to Pay is decent Barely did anything (free time here and there is cool, but too often it became a con)

Cons

Unorganized Experience varies on what project you are placed Hard to get a hold of anyone that actually works at your company No one really cares about your success in the company, nor does it matter if you are doing well. They tell you they have projects for days for you so no worries when you need to find a new project... Comes time to find a new project, they can't find you a thing and now you are being told you have til X day to get on a project or you will be terminated. Even though the projects you were on, you performed great and had no bad reviews. They hold you accountable as if it is your fault you can't get on a project.

Pros

Positive and supporting work culture where employees feel valued and respected. Team environment is very friendly and colleagues are always willing to help each other, which creates a collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

I would not 100% consider it as cons as its common thru most MNC's. But opportunities for fast career progression can vary depending on the project or team.

Pros

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
