Pros

Work Remote ***Please advise.. Any rating on here that is a 5 star rating is not real they make all their employees come on here and write BS reviews because they know they are a terribly ran organization. ****

Cons

- Zero Leadership - No Metrics or Goals ever defined by manager - On-Boarding process is fully handled by recruiters they have no HR support including background checks, drug screens, I-9 documentation etc - They expect you to work 10/12 hours a day offer no bonus or compensation for this still only paid for 40 hours a week - All the leadership does is give BS lip service speeches to team about helping each other working hard as a team etc… they offer no help on actually improving any processes - They Hold H1B visas over their employees heads like they owe their life to Wipro if they process their visa - I was moved to 3 different teams in 4 months without and formal talk from my manager just an email saying you’re working with a new group now - Requirements are never qualified, I’ve have multiple positions that they say they are HOT need people now, would submit within 48 hours to receive no feedback from client after 2 weeks then they close the role or put it on hold - I have 20 other things I can write but you get the point

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
