Pros

Organization offers varied roles. Very good processes. Good investment in technology areas and ability to make your mark in them.

Cons

* No investment in middle management to grow their skills. * No well defined career paths for onsite employees. Eventhough they have published onsite roles, rarely do they get followed/adhered during appraisals. Onshore delivery organization is not given focus on their career/professional development. Senior leadership has been in place for years together without any movement at top... Young folks are hardly given a chance to move into senior roles... * Too much focus on sales/business development without corresponding rewards for great delivery abilities. Delivery folks are paid peanuts as compared to sales organization.

Pros

Positive and supporting work culture where employees feel valued and respected. Team environment is very friendly and colleagues are always willing to help each other, which creates a collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

I would not 100% consider it as cons as its common thru most MNC's. But opportunities for fast career progression can vary depending on the project or team.

Pros

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
