Pros
The onboarding process is the best I have ever seen - all steps are defined and followed one by one. I have access to plenty of benefits and feel motivated and encouraged to give my best for fulfilling my team goals. My colleagues are very open to share experience and guidance, so that I can fulfill my responsibilities.
Cons
The Onboarding process can be prolonged, as there was so many information, that I hardly coped with given the time availability. At the beginning I was following the Onboarding steps received in my personal email, then this switched to my work email and I was confused where to find them. Would be good to align, or provide information for the switch.
