Pros
It has been a pleasure to be at the IFC in the past 6 months. I have enjoyed meeting my colleagues - all very committed - and learning about the IFC and the WBG. I have always wanted to work for an international organization and this is a wonderful experience. The wealth of resources - from a library, to a bank, to great cafeterias and restaurants, to services of various kinds - make this place and the WBG a great place to work.
Cons
Management must make sure to keep the integrity of this place as high as possible.
