      Cons

      Notorious culture. They separate alpha research and portfolio since they are afraid that secret stealth. People are discouraged from communicating. Long non-compete. Many good people leave. Bad payment they don’t care about people

      Opportunity to work with extremely bright and driven colleagues. Strong emphasis on technology and data-driven decision-making. Competitive compensation packages and great office perks in the Austin tech hub.

      Cons

      The workload can be intense with high expectations for delivery. The proprietary nature of the work means using many in-house tools rather than industry-standard open source. Can feel siloed depending on which specific project or team you are assigned to.
