      People are nice and environment are great. There are many sets of teaching lesson and learning materials for consultant to enhance their skills.

      Cons

      Need huge amount time to develop a good strategy, aka "Alpha"; yet, the profits isn't always auspicious lol.

      Cons

      The workload can be intense with high expectations for delivery. The proprietary nature of the work means using many in-house tools rather than industry-standard open source. Can feel siloed depending on which specific project or team you are assigned to.
