Pros

1. Young, clever and friendly environment 2. Good compensation and bonus 3. A lot of small additional benefits - snacks, taxi, dinners, events.

Cons

1. A lot of disappointing bureaucracy moments Main short story: There is some bonus of first year for researchers, which accruing unevenly - 1/3 of sum for first half of year and 2/3 for the second. All bonuses are paid once a year (in the March). I started in July, so I got only 1/3 in the first "bonus time". And then I left the company in September, before next "bonus time" (by mutual agreement, with some benefits, but still). I formally worked this first year, but company didn't payed me 2/3 of first year bonus, explaining that bonus can be payed only once a year and it's generally discretionary. That was very disappointing.

Pros

Opportunity to work with extremely bright and driven colleagues. Strong emphasis on technology and data-driven decision-making. Competitive compensation packages and great office perks in the Austin tech hub.

Cons

The workload can be intense with high expectations for delivery. The proprietary nature of the work means using many in-house tools rather than industry-standard open source. Can feel siloed depending on which specific project or team you are assigned to.
