      Pros

      Casual attire Nice buildings Great cafeteria Cool ideas I have no other pros to mention when talking about Worthington Industries

      Cons

      "Philosophy" was not used. Bitter management who definitely had favorites. Sorry HR department. Don't understand how they made it to be one of the best employers of Columbus. Horrible experience working there. Would not recommend.
