-Lead with Safety! Safety is not just a buzzword for Worthington Industries. Employee safety is proactive. If an injury occurs, we would stop everything and find a solution to prevent reoccurences. -Extremely helpful people from floor level to corporate headquarters. -Employees that have grown with the company still show the spirit the company was founded with -Many opportunities for growth -Great people that want to see others succeed.
Cons
-Corporate management seem to have lost site of the Worthington Way. -New acquisitions are not always vetted properly. Worthington acquired three facilities and allowed shut one of them down based on incomplete information from one of the other facilities. -Pay is not great unless your plant makes enough for profit sharing to kick in (this shares equal blame with employees)
