Given tools needed to accomplish job. On-board process is at least attempted. Most training needed is given and encouraged.
Cons
Shareholders are number one. Their "golden rule" only applies if they have the gold. You could say they have the gold, so they make the rules. If you are considered a weakness, there is no mercy.Fit in, you will like it,but performance is the bottom line.85/15 pay scale. 15% of pay is based on many variables and what group you are in.
