Pros

The health benefits, are great. They have their own doctors office, pharmacy and 2 gyms locally in Columbus. The office space is newly renovated.

Cons

Cylinders profit sharing is a joke. I have missed my "projected" salary every year by a significant amount. Base pay is way below market value. They promote an open door policy, but if you say anything negative about profit sharing you have a target on your back. HR rarely has been helpful. They make it very obvious they are there to protect the company and don't rely care about most employees. If you aren't part of the fraternity that is the sales team you have no shot at advancement. Upper management (very sales driven) makes selfish what's better for me decisions over what's better for the company. Their innovation group is a black hole. I have been with the company for 5 years and not one product has been brought to market.

Pros

Benefits are okay. Pay is decent.

Cons

Be prepared to work at least one of your days off every week. They also make you stay over 4 hours longer and if you can’t it’s considered a call in. You only get 3 call-ins for the whole YEAR! No Air-conditioning, No heat. Sometimes you’re working in areas that will get you soaking wet. You get one 20 minute lunch break and two 10 minute breaks, and you CANT leave to get food. They could really care less about you or your family. TURN OVER IS HIGH! So if you want to work all the time, this would be a great job for you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you found the pay and benefits satisfactory, and we’re sorry to learn that other aspects of the role did not meet your expectations. Feedback like yours is valuable, and we take concerns about scheduling, working conditions, and time-off policies seriously. We place a strong emphasis on safety, and because breaks are paid, we do ask employees to remain on-site to ensure their well-being. That said, we understand how important balance and comfort are, and we regularly review our practices to better support a safe, respectful, and positive work environment for all team members.
