      The Culture is great. Open work environment. Promotes collaboration and idea sharing. Prefer to promote drone within. Flexibility to work from home if necessary.

      Cons

      Would prefer a more balanced schedule for internal meetings. Can be time consuming. Set up to dissuade from taking time off it seems
