Pros
Really good benefits. Decent profit sharing but don't expect it to be what is promised. Company philosophy is preached about from on high. Lots of events where they try to make you feel good using food and drink.
Cons
The company philosophy is followed only as an excuse to not do something or force something done. Management preaches it but does not follow it. Executives know this but allow the mistreatment and demeaning of employees. HR is not there to help. Good ol'boys network runs the place right into the ground. Short sighted management and executives do not care about the employees. If you step out of line, show to much initiative, try harder than their pets, or just say the wrong thing, you will be targeted, pushed out or termed! Beware!!!
