Management, management, management.... Management is trying to turn us into Ohio. We are not Ohio. We are who we are because of what we have done for many, many years. We have a niche, and we are losing that niche. Our quality is deteriorating and management doesn't seem to care. Management has NO communication. Area managers send out mass emails to get jobs done, but all the supervisors are trying to do the same project, causing confusion for all involved. Walkways and safeways are more important than teaching people to work safely. A person taught to work safe and be aware of their surroundings will in turn be safer than teaching them to follow the walkways. Rats in a maze!
