Pros
Basic benefits Some great co-workers, beaten down as they are
Cons
This place is Toxic. For floor employees and managers. There is no support given from upper management and one person will point the finger at another so that the heat doesn't come down on them. There is a lot of talk about support and blaming the system, rather than the person, a lot of talk about trust, but that is not the reality at all. There are several members of the management team that would stab you in the back for a twinkie. If you are really desperate, the pay and benefits are decent, but they have lost over 9 managers in less than a year and a half (This is a team of maybe 15 people) - some great people too. I went for a job interview a little while back at anther company and was reluctant to talk negatively about Worthington, but they specifically mentioned that they had recently interviewed another candidate from Worthington that had spoken about how toxic of an environment Worthington had. I don't know of an employee that enjoys their job there, that isn't an exaggeration.
