The profit sharing program is an extension of that belief. It helps foster the ownership mentality that makes our employees a world-class manufacturing team. The program allows employees to share in the profits they help produce with no cap. Although business conditions and overall economic conditions can impact profits and cause fluctuations, our total compensation remains at or above market.
