      Pros

      There are a lot of good people who work at WI. They have decent benefits. If you have a good boss, they generally let you get the job completed with flexibility.

      Cons

      Leadership. It's like being on 'Survivor'. You're on the tribe who comes back next week or you're voted out. People are imperfect. You get the good and bad like everywhere else.
