      Grounded in The Golden Rule Flexibility in work assignment and projects Concerted attempt at Lean Manufacturing Heavily into acquisitions allowing for potential relocation to new places

      Cons

      Profit Sharing model is inconsistent between facilities Disconnect between headquarters and distant facilities (I.e. very Columbus focused) Siloed departments (especially sales and supply chain) Benefits average at best
