Bad group leaders and lazy supervisors lots of filth at break rooms and rest rooms are like prison camp
Cons
Low pay for this type of deadly job,insurance is okay in some way but profit sharing is corny way to use employees in order not to have the right wages they deserve because this job suppose to start at about $16 an hr but in a way the employer used profit sharing to corn employees to believe they are part so when company loose money nobobody makes money and that is bull.
