Pros

Great pay, understanding HR, lots of room to grow, overtime is available but optional.

Cons

Currently only offer 12 hour shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) on a rotating schedule. It's really hard to maintain relationships with friends/family with that schedule.
