Business Outlook

Pros

We have a very welcoming, wholesome, and empathetic, community in this factory that really makes you love working here. Very inclusive and has an amazing Human Resource department. Tons of programs that make you really feel heard and included in the operation of the factory. They have great incentives to stay at the job. A perfect starting wage for living; accompanied by an outstanding variety of benefits. From discounts to help get phones, boots, Even vehicles. To high quality insurance plans, and great policy's for attendance, like PTO, Vacation time, and even support Paternity leave.

Cons

It gets hot in the summer, so you gotta have a healthy body, and/or a strong Lacks a gender neutral bathroom option in the inclusive department. (May have a Private bathroom available.) Sometimes sales drop as should be expected in any buisness in the current market. Temporary layoffs occur, which to my knowledge is common in all factory's. So there is a lot of competition to stand out.
