Not really a "golden rule" company - Crane Operator/Forklift Driver Worthington Enterprises Employee Review

Pros

Nothing really. You buy the hype in the beginning. But then realize you are all alone. Profit sharing is ok. But everyone would like better pay than a sketchy profit sharing check.

Cons

Drama drama drama. Never seen so much in my life. Common sense is rare. There is ALWAYS plotting and planning going on behind your back. You work extra hard so others don't have to. They don't want you to complain. No matter what. I was a crane operator and got let go after I bumped another coil over. No one hurt. Nothing broke. Every crane operator there has had an accident. But I got let go after one incident. Had to fight them twice to get unemployment. Turns out they thought I did something when I was out of state on vacation!! They never even apologized when they realized they were wrong. You are only a number. VERY unsafe.
