Pros
The Worthington Philosophy is fantastic and many of the employees truly live it daily. Medical benefits are good. There is a lot of pride working for a company with a great reputation and that does so much in our community. Also, I can honestly say that I've learned and grown while working here.
Cons
I have concerns that the company is losing the philosophy in practice. It's talked about all the time, but when it comes time to make decisions, it often does not seem to be guiding the decision-making. HR seems to be the biggest function at risk for heading in the wrong direction, which is VERY concerning since they should be the group perpetuating the philosophy.
