Pros
Most people get a cut of the profits at Worthington, in addition to their base and bonus compensation. Everyone it treated like a stakeholder, and with profit sharing they really are a stakeholder. High expectations. You are expected to get outside your comfort zone, and push the limits of your talents and abilities.
Cons
Not a great place to work if you are just looking for a predictable job with minimum stress. You have to love being challenged, pushing yourself, and being part of a team that will expect you to give your best (though you will get strong support on those inevitable days when you might be dragging just a bit). You are pretty much required to have a "growth mindset" about your work, and be able to see the rewards of that level of commitment and effort. Suggest you look elsewhere if that is not the case.
