      Pros

      Good people with a customer focus. Didn't realize how good the company was until I went somewhere else.

      Cons

      A lot of changes in a declining print market, many driven from leaders groomed in the "good old days". Still, the company has made some smart moves to adapt to the digital world.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
