Relocation Expertise: Historically, the company had a very strong track record of supporting employees with residence permits and international moves. Team Knowledge: There is a wealth of internal expertise and a solid foundation of processes built over the years.
Cons
Stagnant Compensation: In my 3 years here, there has been no meaningful salary increase. This is quite discouraging as the cost of living continues to rise while the real value of the salary effectively decreases. Hiring Freeze & Limited Mobility: Currently, hiring into all international offices has been halted. While the company used to offer great relocation support, this benefit is now practically obsolete since internal transfers to foreign branches are no longer an option. Increased Bureaucracy: Over the last year, the amount of "red tape" and administrative overhead has grown significantly. This shift toward heavy bureaucracy has noticeably slowed down workflows and affected overall agility.
