Pros
The office is next to a big Lake which is fantastic all year round and the offices are so nice with veiws of Lake. We have free drinks, fruit and snacks availble 24/7 in the office, not had this in previous jobs. Lakeside has some really good food outlets, shops and a great free bus service which SPB funds for us.
Cons
It is 24/7 365 year business so we are open all hours so difficult to get the whole department out together for a night out.
