No pride/diversity/gender hysteria. Only your knowledge and experience matter in the company even if you are dog; Great office facilities and side services;
Cons
It's a lottery. The company is huge and benefits are not always being distributed fairly. Don't hesitate to change your team in case when your manager is not proficient enough; Finger-pointing and blaming is a regular management practice; The "Job safety" rule works here pretty well. Never create a documentation, don't use common solutions, implement your own collections and even sorting algorithms in order to be indispensable and never be fired; Loudest persons can get more stocks and show it off in any more or less suitable moment
