Pros
I've saw not many places where peoples are so much interested in their work. Probably it is the only place) Small but highly skilled and motivated teams, good interpersonal relationship, quick changes and high-pace developing process.
Cons
Even juniors there must be involved in full lifecycle of every product ever touched by them. Also because of high culture standards it's hard to receive any negative feedback for anything.
