Cool products and projects. High Load and High Availability. A lot of highly qualified specialists. Very interesting to work.
Cons
The company begins to lose the atmosphere of a startup. Difficulties with the understanding what the other teams are doing and why. New top managers, who came from the "Enterprise" make the company worse.
