- Growth for newbies is good - Building at scale
Cons
- Unpaid overtimes - Opaque review proccess - No inflation adjustment at all even if expectations met (take this into consideration if you are earning in currency different than USD/EUR) - No onboarding (in my case) - Tribal knowledge - Below market pay (about 15 percent lower)
